CENTRAL PENN PIRANHA NAFL CHAMPS
Sunday, November 13, 2005

The Piranha make it three times, twice in four years, they bring home a NAFL title as
they ran their way to a 28-3 victory over the King County Jaguars. Emne'ko Sweeney
rushed for 130 yards on 18 carries and Ali Johnson added 122 yards on 18 carries to
lead Central Penn. Sweeney was named MVP of the NAFL Championship as he
recorded three rushing touchdowns during the rout.

King County's LB  Keaka Frank tried to keep it close as he totaled 12 tackles and a
fumble recovery on the way to being named the games defensive player of the game.
But it wasn't enough to keep Central Penn from swimming away with the trophy.

NAFL 2005 PRO AND COLLEGE COMBINE
Sunday, October 9, 2005

The TOP NAFL PROSPECTS will be "on display" NOVEMBER 11-13 at DISNEY'S WIDE WORLD OF
SPORTS (near Orlando, Florida). We expect to workout the TOP PROSPECTS the NAFL has to
offer...even select players that may otherwise be involved in CHAMPIONSHIP and ALL STAR
practice/games, as we will have the staff and overall flexibility to interview and work them out over
that 3 day period. This data/info/results will be made available to ALL LEAGUES (NFL, NFLE, CFL,
AFL, AF2, etc.) as well as select COLLEGES / UNIVERSITIES (DI- A, DI-AA, DII, DIII, NAIA) within 48
hours of the event....but PRO PERSONNEL and COLLEGE PERSONNEL are strongly encouraged to
attend.

The primary WORKOUTS and EVALUATIONS for both PRO as well as COLLEGE PROSPECTS, will
be held on Saturday, November 12 from 8AM until Noon. The workouts/evaluations will be
coordinated by the staff of the SCOUTING BUREAU and both professional & college scouts/coaches
will be encouraged to attend.

Pre-registration, which is a requirement, will begin on October 1 and end on October 24th. The cost
is $75 during the pre-registration period (fee increases thereafter). There will be a limited number of
slots for this event, so early registration is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Registration can be
completed online by clicking on the following link:

http://evaluations.ownspot.com

This process takes about 3 minutes to complete. Then you will be contacted by the SCOUTING
BUREAU staff, with specific details and instructions. Select prospects that have pre-registered, will
be featured in the SCOUTING BUREAU's various reports that are distributed to all 32 NFL teams,
most secondary level Pro Teams, as well as a number of Colleges & Universities (2000+ distribution).
According to SCOUTING BUREAU President Steve Brown, "We will incorporate articles and profiles
on the best prospects the NAFL has to offer, in our various reports. It will be great exposure for not
only the NAFL, but these prospects as well. This will help increase the overall market visibility for all
concerned, as these weekly reports go to pro teams, colleges/universities, as well as the media.
Everyone will have a much better understanding of the outstanding job Rob Licopoli and staff are
doing in developing the NAFL, as well as the caliber of athletes/prospects that currently compete
within the league. The sooner we can determine who will attend the events (registration)...the more
we can include such material and thus increase the potential interest by teams, schools, media and
sponsors."

Hamilton Wins Nail Biter, Pats Season Over
Saturday, September 24, 2005

In true Patriot fashion, the Royal and Scarlet defense kept them in the ball game but it was not
enough to keep the season going. The team finishes at .500 (2-2) at home giving up only 7.25 PPG
while scoring 16 per game at Pride Stadium. MLB Trent Miller returned after missing the London
game to help lead a defense that forced 4 turnovers and made a number of great stands inside the
red zone. QB/CB Steve Gauger made it 7 for the year with his INT in the 4th quarter. Special teams
were solid as well setting up 3 Patriot drives that would start within the Hamilton 30. However, those
opportunities only led to one FG by K Mauricio Lopez. For the season, the Patriots averaged 12 PPG
but allowed 24.5 PPG. Final Eastern Lakes Division Standings leave the Patriots in 4th place with a
2-6 record and one no-contest. But with close games like the 6-9 loss to the undefeated and Division
Champion Detroit Diesels, the 10-17 heart breaker to 2nd place Hamilton, and a 6-0 lead against
London at London it only goes to show the potential that this team has. The 2006 season begins
today!

"No Contest," NAFL Rules No Game.
Tuesday, September 20, 2005

The Genesee County Patriots versus the Michigan Admirals game is officially a "no-contest."
Though both teams were present at Clio's Pride Stadium, NAFL league officials were unable to
attend. The NAFL assigns its officials (refs) for all teams as opposed to the home team providing
officials. The NAFL crew that was supposed to officiate the game were out of London, Ontario of
Canada. They were unable to cross the boarder for undisclosed reasons and thus were not able to
attend the Saturday, September 17th contest between the two teams. The Patriots, host of the
game, were not responsible for the officials not being present. Team records remain at 3-4
(Michigan Admirals) and 2-5 (Genesee County Patriots). Currently the game between these two
teams has not been rescheduled barring the outcome of the last week of the regular season,
September 24. The Genesee County Patriots will host the Hamilton Screaming Eagles at Pride
Stadium (Clio High School) on Saturday at 7:00 PM .

2-1 At Home, Patriots 14 - Renegades 0
Saturday, August 27, 2005

The Renegades were held scoreless in the Patriots return to Pride Stadium. The Royal and Scarlet
Defense has been impressive at home, giving up only 12 points in three games for a 4.0 points per
game average. Things look bright for the rest of the season if the defense can hold up at home.
Patriots end the regular season with 2 of their last three games at home and an away trip to London.
This is a rematch of their 34-3 win at Guy Houston Stadium over the Sivlerbacks in the first ever
meeting.

Patriots Winless on the Road
Saturday, August 20, 2005

The Patriots returned home August 13th with their third straight loss on the road against the
undefeated Detroit Downriver Diesels. The three straight losses drop the Patriots to 1-4 on the season
and in division play. They sit 1 game behind the Admirals for the last playoff spot. Detroit gave the
Patriots their worst loss of the season 56-12 in Livonia. The
Hamilton Screaming Eagles and the Michigan Admirals accounted for the other two losses.

The Genesee County Patriots now return home to face the Michigan Renegades on August 27th in
Clio. The regular season concludes with 3 out of the last four games at home for the Patriots, so the
team looks to right the ship on friendly seas in front of their home fans.
